Refund policy

OVERVIEW

Due to the type of products that we offer, we are not able to exchange or refund our products for any reasons other than a damaged or defective item on delivery.

If you purchased from holoforgecards.com and something is wrong with your purchase you may be entitled to a refund as long as we are notified within 3 days. Refunds are not considered and no returns/exchanges will be granted if you have not contacted us within 3 days from when the order was delivered. Return shipping is provided at customers expense. There is a 15% Restocking fee.

DAMAGES & ISSUES

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Note that sealed items are manufactured with the intent to be opened and may have minor cosmetic packaging imperfections that do not affect the product contents inside.

REFUNDS

To start an exchange for a damaged or defective product please do so within 3 days of purchase, you can contact us at support@holoforgecards.com. If your exchange is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

The email must contain:

Your order number in the subject line (i.e. “DAMAGED PRODUCT – ORDER #0000”

HoloForge Card Company retains the right to deny any refund for any reason. We also retain the right to deny service or sales to any person(s), business, or entity for any reason..
